Carol Kasper

Carol Kasper owned and operated a retail shop for more than 30 years before retiring. She and her husband, Fred Guimond, built a home and moved to the Lake Wenatchee area in 2009. She enjoys hiking, reading and gardening — and is a member of the Master Gardener's Association. She was an active volunteer with Cascade Medical Foundation before joining the board in 2022.
